How To Draw A Hummingbird

Hey art friends! Today’s lesson is how to draw a hummingbird.

We used regular printer paper (letter), Sharpies, and Prismacolor pencils. We also go over blending and shading. Chuckers and I had so much fun drawing this bird. Remember to have fun when you’re following along with us. If you get frustrated, because your drawing doesn’t look like ours…take a break, and tell yourself it’s ok. Your drawing should look different then ours!

Also remember to draw more things in the background, don’t leave it white. Try drawing more flowers, or maybe an amazing waterfall. We want to see how your drawings turn out, upload them to the art club and email them to us myart@artforkidshub.com (we’ll feature you in our next Monday video).
